Hi All,

S3D is giving me some strange results with supports.

photos show this best, basically its generating support for one of the fins but not the other, they are exactly the same shape, height etc.

Any help or thoughts would be great.

Many thanks

Decrease your support pillar resolution to 1mm. This video explains it better: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6tlrCpwAV4M

supports are generated on a grid, and with thin objects the angle it lays across that grid affects the support distribution. A smaller support resolution will help.
