I added a Z hop to my prints so I could get rid of scarring on top layers, and it works perfectly.

I'd like to suggest that an option to set the Z hop for only top layers be added; there's no requirement for it to hop on every layer if the only reason it's being used is to correct an issue on the top layers of a print.

A partial fix would be to setup two processes. One for the lower parts of your print with z hop off, and the second for the upper part with z hop on. It would work well for parts where the top is all within a small number of layers like a table, but not for something like a staircase where there are a lot of tops at different layers.
