Not printing round

I am using my M3D printer to print a small, simple part which is basically a plug.
It has a larger round section measuring 5mm diameter and 4mm tall with another smaller cylinder 3mm D x 3mm tall.
Its looks like a machine screw without the threads and a round head.
The problem is the "round-ness" is actually coming out like an ellipse.
Its not nice and round.
i drew it in sketchup and made the circles have 100 sides.
I redrew several times. I sent it up to netfab to be "fixed". I put the S3D settings to more detail.
But everytime it comes out slightly out of round.
Maybe just to precise for my machine?

I know the M3D printers have some serious issues with backlash. That could easily create slightly out-of-round circular shapes.

You need a really high quality positioning system to print perfect circles
