Support and small islands not extruding

Sometimes the support doesn't print out fully and it looks like the image. This will happen to small parts sometimes and the walls will be missing chunks. This gets worse if coast/wipe/extra restart distance is on. I couldn't really narrow it down to which. It looks like it underextrudes, any idea which setting is causing this?

white ABS in the image with only retraction, no coast/wipe/extra restart distance, doesn't seem to happen to PLA. Thanks guys

I would try adding some extra restart distance. Or lowering your retraction distance some to see if it helps
