Issue with Simplify3d 3.0.2 and Robo3d R1 Plus

I recently purchased and have yet to been able to successfully print anything with Simplify3D. I had no issue printing when I took the same STL file (no supports in either program) and printed.

I've tried lowering speeds, adjusting layer size and some other things with no luck. Let me know what info you need. Please help!

So the issue is just that the part is not sticking to the bed??

Im having same issue with my Robo 3d R1 Plus printer. The part do not adhere to the bed and this is right after a fresh coat of hair spray..
Can remove the mess, run same .stl file through matter control and model prints out fine with good bed adhesion..

I can use S3D with same .stl and print on my flash forge creator pro and the part also prints with no issue with bed adhesion..

Any help into this matter would me nice.

If the only issue is that the parts aren't sticking, this is very common when you change software programs. Each program tends to do slightly different things on the first layer, so if you had previously calibrated your printer to work perfectly with software program A, and then you switch to program B, it's likely that you will need to make some adjustments before things stick perfectly. Thankfully, it's really easy to do in the software (you don't even have to make hardware adjustments!)

This explains the options pretty well: https://www.simplify3d.com/support/prin ... to-the-bed
