strange slice layers in preview

Hi,
I am new with simplify3D and when I use the software slice a model , the outline path seems strange in preview(lacking some parts), and the actual printing result is not good. The slice preview is like below:

and the actual printing:

actual printing
In the same layer position the print is broken. I changed the retraction in extruder setting but not improved to much. Can any one who can help me to find out the problem?
Great thanks!

Can you post the factory file? Go to File > Save Factory File.

Wow! Who created this model?! There's tons of non-manifold and self-intersecting features. It isn't even close to a true 3D solid, so it obviously isn't going to print correctly.

Just cross section the part and you will see. 3D printing needs real 3D solids, not just arbitrary randomly placed surfaces that don't form any kind of a perceivable object.

Try the "Separate Connected Surfaces" on the Mesh dropdown menu.

Give it time to work......it will create lots and lots of entries in the model list.....and I think the model will then slice okay.

EDIT.....on second thoughts, it doesn't cure all the issues!

Run the shape file through the online NettFab shape repair service https://netfabb.azurewebsites.net/ and I think it'll be okay.
