Simplify3D User Forum

I had to re-install my software when my HD crashed.

I can't remember my user name and/or password, and I cannot figure out how to reset it on the web page. Can someone help please? I sent a support request some time ago with no response yet.

Aren't there already options directly on the login pages for "Forgot Password" and "Forgot Username"?? I would think you would just click those...

I just had to go though that process myself. It looks like in order to reset one's password, one will need to enter the user name AND the associated email address, which might be difficult in case someone has indeed lost his user account info. After a few blind shots, I was lucky to stumble upon a "this user name is already in use" message to remind me of what name I had previously used. Else, I wouldn't have been able to reset the account, too.

If you use the "forgot username" option, it emails the username to the registered email address. So that's pretty easy to figure out
