hi guys. have you experience this. how to fix.
sometimes rhino cant union properly some mesh. (i dont have the solid object)
so i tried just to overlap objects and let slicer combine it.
but slicer does not combine object.

Use the "Separate Connected Surfaces" option on the Mesh dropdown menu. That'll cure the problem.

When you click it, you'll notice at least one new item in the Models list. The slicer will be able to join them together then.
