Cooling Improvement

Hello,
it could be nice to define a cooling zone in S3D, when i print ABS i need sometime to have extra cooling on a specific zone of the print, for now i do it manually but it would be cool to have it automatically .
Drag'n'drop rectangle in the 3d UI for exemple to create a named/numbered zone, then in option set a fan speed for thoose zones.
