Raft for support layers

Sometimes I have the hardest time trying to get support pillars to stick properly to the build surface. Everything else sticks fine, but I'll get a small little piece of support material peel up, and then it manages to take out the entire print.

I've got around this by adding small little 0.4mm high pieces as bases for the support material, and I just scale X and Y as needed. I use these as a 100% dense raft, and it has resolved most of my problems. But, this is a pain to do, and it would be much nicer to be able to either add a raft or increase the density for the bottom layers of support touching the build plate.

Yes, I know I could just add a raft to the entire piece, but the bottom of the piece looks like garbage when using a raft compared to the nice smooth surface you get with just a build plate.
