After updating to 3.0.2 I can 'CONNECT" to the printer, but no communication is possible.
I reinstalled drivers from the Leapfrog website, followed port settings manual to check these, but no response from the printer since this upgrade.
what can I do to reconnect?

Are you sure nothing else is using the USB port? Are there any other programs that are running? Are you sure the USB drivers installed successfully? For example, can you communicate to the printer from other programs on the same computer?
