Model won't drop to table

First time I've had this issue.

The only way I can get the model flat on the table is manually.

"Drop Model to Table" leaves the model about 2mm above the table.

Any suggestions?

Re: Model won't drop to table

There must be something that's not readily visible in the model that exists approx. 2mm below where you think the bottom is.

Post your factory file so someone can take a look at it for you...

Re: Model won't drop to table

When I looked at it again, it appears the model is on the grid, but the grid appears to be slightly above the platform.

This started when I set up a configuration for dual extrusion and added a machine profile under --> Help --> Configuration Assistant

So maybe it's just something I'm not used to?

Re: Model won't drop to table

The best to prove that, is the Print-PreView .
Therefore check BRIM with a very small OffSetFromPart, e.g. 0.05 mm
Is all correct, BRIM follows the outside-conture of the object very exactly. Is there a gap between object and grid (table) BRIM will subvert the object there.

I have made an example, have a look to attachment.
