M3D - Cannot cold extrude message

Hi. I am trying to print on my M3D and keep getting the Cannot cold extrude message and the job gets cancelled. Can someone please help? Thanks.

Best you attach a copy of your factory file so someone can take a look at what your settings are.
Settings> Save factory file as.......

It might be useful for the rest of the community if you mention what fixed the issue..
