I can see you have your perimeters set to atleast 2 so s3d is going to want to put a second perimeter in there not infill. Problem is there is no room for 2 more perimeter extrusions. On models with tiny features its always best to run 1 perimeter and if you need strength then bump up the infill
All of that makes sense. Thank you! I changed the infill overlap to 95% and worked great.
Also in the future I will attach my Factory file for assessment.
If you are making your own designs try to make thin wall thicknesses evenly dividable by your extrusion width setting. e.g. if your width is set to .4 then your walls should be .4, .8, 1.6 etc. Then you can set your number of perimeters to anything and it won't leave a gap. If you are using someone else's design and you can't alter the wall thicknesses, try adjusting your extrusion width slightly up or down (+ or - 20%) and see how that impacts things in preview.
the only drawback to adjusting to a high overlap is that you have now extremely over-extruded that wall. its either out of spec or you end up with so much plastic that the nozzle starts catching on the wall as its crossing over it. billy's advise of evenly dividable its pretty much the best way whenever possible. other that that you can fudge it a little here and there with a slightly higher overlap and dropping the extrusion width. again, anything with tiny features is always best at 1 perimeter then the rest will infill and s3d will calculate that plastic flow amount correctly.
