Simplify3D User Forum

I really desperately looking for the cause of this problem.
First i i thought it is a problem with the model. But since slicing with the default profile doesn't make this problem I think it is something within the settings.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Post your factory file if you want help (File > Save Factory File). We can't really help much with just the FFF profile...

And it would also help if you described the actual problem a bit more.
