Option to print fill first

I want to have the option to print the fill first, and then the outline shell of a layer. Why? because the outer shells (and hole perimeters) are the most important for looks and strength. By printing the infill first you are certain to have a good prime by the time the outer shells print. Also the outer shell can compress the infill leaving a smoother finish near the perimeters. This is especially important on the first and last layer.
