Need a new printer. Recommendations???

It's time to buy another printer!!!!

Had an Up! Plus - hated the small wafer print base. Sold it 2014.

Bought a PowerSpec Pro, rebuilt the extruder to use generic parts. It now has beautiful output with S3D, now has 1000+ hours printing prototypes.

Have a Z18. Constant "Dumb-Extruder" issues. Nice overall design, but CONSTANT build fails and SLOW.

Just purchased a XYZ 1.0+, but don't like the output / filament restrictions. It also does NOT work with S3D. Taking it back tomorrow.

Would love to hear anyones recommendations for our next printer. These is my wish list:

- FULLY compatible with Simply3D
- Under $1200
- ABS on glass
- Single "bullet-proof" extruder
- Network delivery of files from S3D
- Stackable (like the Dreamer)
- I like a enclosure to maintain temp

Thanks for your time !

FlashForge Pro works very well (I own three) however they are not stackable as is. Doesn't have network abilities either but an octoprint would fix that.

You can take care of your network delivery of prints with a FlashAir SD card. I wrote a post about getting simplify3D to automatically push print files to the card. viewtopic.php?f=8&t=3698 Its a bit of work to setup and around $23 for the gen3 flashair sd card. But it means that pretty much any printer can wirelessly receive the print files.
