Ive tried to import several models and keep getting an error

If you just click OK, does the part show up?

You might also want to try going to Help > Reset All Settings

An alternative would be to load your largest part first, then rotate it so it makes room on the bed for the other parts, then try and load them.

Alternatively, turn off the auto arrange function ( in the Models tab of general options) and load all items, then rearrange manually.

I'm having the same problem with my mac also. tried resetting all settings. can't get anything to load in the program now- even old factory files

same problem here, when will they finally update their software again?
