LF some help with TPU dual extrusion oozing

Here is my situation. I am printing some TPU iPhone cases with some logo designs embedded in them. I am printing the case with the back down on the bed and they are being printed in red for the case and white for the logo/lettering.

The problem I am having is that since the first layer has both red and white TPU in it the nozzle with the red TPU is slowly oozing a little bit and it is getting incorporated into the white TPU logo and making it look like crap.

I have ooze shield turned on, but it is not doing anything for the interior of the print since both nozzles stay within the perimeter of the ooze shield.

Is there anyway I could start the print with only the nozzle on that lays down the first layer of white. Then when the first layer of white portion is done the extruders will go to home position, white shuts off and red heats up then it lays down the red for the remainder of the first layer and possibly do this behavior for the first two layers of the print then after that it continues on with both nozzles on.

Is this something that can be done at tool change?

Retraction at tool change is on but I think that enough TPU remains in the nozzle and that is what is oozing out.

Thanks,
Griff
