If it uses Marlin, you can probably just go to Help > Configuration Assistant, and then select Other at the bottom. Just enter the basic printer specifications and it will create a suitable profile for you automatically.

I've used this for several printers.

BCN Sigma is certainly the best FDM Dual Extruder printer on the market today. And to use it at dual extrusion you have to choose an existing dual printer profiles then modify it. It could be very well to have the real BCN3D Sigma profiles.

How could we help you to create one ?

Have you tried asking the manufacturer to see if they are already using S3D with their printers? Maybe they already have a profile.

Otherwise, I would just pick an existing profile provided by Simplify3D that is similar, and then just customize it for the BCN3D. For example, choose the "MakerGear M2 Dual" and then change the machine settings and scripts to your liking.

And of course, once you are done, it sounds like others would love to use that profile too (so maybe post it on here)

Ok, I will do that and share my profiles.

But do you know how insert a custom stl file to represent the printer ? I tried in preference but however the stl, it still a makerbot which is represent.

Please find attached some of my profiles used with my BCN3D Sigma.

There is 5 prorfiles :
Print with the left extruder
Print with the right extruder
Dual Color print (With dual Extrusion wizard)
Print part with the left extruder and support with the right (PVA)
Same as previous but configured for Polysuport
