After using the Advanced setting for the FFF settings, the Filament type and the quality settings are missing from the settings menue regardless if I´m in the simple or advanced settings window.

Works fine for me. Are you using one of the stock S3D profiles? If you made a profile on your own, it isn't magically going to have all of those auto-configure options. You need to tell it what you want it to do.
