Ooze shield does not go full height of print

I am using the Dual Extrusion Wizard and I had to a 3rd process to split part of my print into 2 different regions. But now it only prints the ooze shield as high as the first goes which is 0-.8mm the second process is from .8mm to 20mm and Ooze shield is selected in that process but it wont go any higher
That's good to know, I was banging my head trying to figure it out
