What I have is a model I am using two processes to print it in dual color (not using dual extrusion wizard since I cant control temps)
What I have is 0-4mm in first process is printed by the Left Extruder and I have temp set points as Layer 1- 220, Layer 22- 0. Then Right extruder is set at Layer 1- 180 Layer 18- 220. This way I can control the oozing of the Right Extruder while the Left prints.
Then in Process 2 it is 4mm - 6.1mm. This is printed with the Right Extruder and set points from Right extruder are Layer 1 -220, Left Extruder Layer 1- 0
What I am trying to do is keep the Right extruder hot but not oozing up until layer 18 where it comes up to temp then at layer 21 when it starts printing it will be hot and ready to go then Left extruder shuts off. But for some reason when it gets to the the point of the second process the right extruder prints like the first layer at 220 then it shuts down to 180 and I am not sure why. I thought the set points I have for Process one only apply to Process 1?
I hope this makes sense
