Set Z Height After Home

I'm looking for a way to set my Z height after I home my machine, I need a way to fine tune it. I have a prusa i3 with the end stop clamped on the guide bar so adjustments up and down are guess work at best. thanks for any help. Hope its just a setting i missed.

You can use the global Z-axis gcode offset in S3D to easily compensate for the bed positioning. It's on the G-Code tab.

For example, entering 0.1mm for the Z-axis offset will shift the nozzle 0.1mm further away from the bed for the entire print
