Any plans to add configuration presets for the new printers from Raise3D? I believe they are marlin based so I hopefully doing my own settings won't be too difficult once my N2 plus arrives next month.

It should already be compatible, so you can use the configuration assistant wizard to set it up. It will guide you through the process.

Can I get a confirmation if simplify3d does support the N2 printers?
I checked out the supported Pinter's page, and it's not listed.
I'd like to order the unit, but I dont want to learn a new slicer.

But again, it uses the Marlin firmware, so it should be compatible. They most definitely already fully support Marlin printers (as I have several printers running the same firmware and they all work great)
