Simplify3D User Forum

Hello,
I had to change the motherboard in my printer to a ramps 1.4 as the original solidoodle press motherboards are not available. Since I did this I can not get a model on the bed once I hit prepare to print. I try RH and it works fine. I reconnect with simplify3d and the same thing happens. When I hit prepare to print it changes to the next view of the bed, but travel move shows the head shooting off the bed into Neverland. If I try to print the head actually does shoot off the bed just as the travel moves show it will. I have tried multiple different models and I even reconfigured the software and printer as I did with the initial setup. I was printing fine with this software , actually, great with this software up until my motherboard died and I replace it. Has anyone had this happen before or know what might be causing it?

You might want to try going to Help > Reset All Settings. If that doesn't work, post your factory file so that others can see if your files create the same problems for them.

Actually I just figured it out, it was the starting script. I removed it and now it works. Thank you for your replies.
