Holes close when layer height is 0.2+

Hi all

When I print below 0.2mm/layer all seems OK but when I change to 0.2mm/layer+ some holes/gaps have a thin layer appearing when I prepare to print.

Anyone else seen this?

Thanks

That usually means there's a problem area with the mesh. Try to repair it using a service like this: https://netfabb.azurewebsites.net/

Sometimes you can also work around the problem areas by varying the layer height (for example, changing from 0.2mm to 0.201mm). That changes where the software will "intersect" your model, so sometimes that's another easy way to work around mesh issues.
