Transfer process to new machine

I would like to copy over my settings from one machine(OS X) to another(OS X), any ideas on how to do this please.
Got to the File dropdown menu. Export FFF profile to export, Import FFF profile to import.
You'll have to do them one at a time......a bind, but an excuse to have a clear out of old/duplicate profiles.
