Processes - Inserting / Moving

I often find the need to update the processes in a build. But I find it inconvenient to have to delete and or completely change a process if I need to change one. For example, say I have two Proccesses like this....

Process1 FFF
Process2 FFF

And I want to INSERT another process before Process1

Is there a technique for doing this without having to modify or delete the two existing processes?

The IDEAL solution would be to have the capability to INSERT a new Process. But I see no way to do this.
