Pause printing until temp setpoint is reached

3D printing newb here so I might be all wet. That said, I'm dropping the extruder temp a little for the first layer to build on the raft to make the raft a little easier to remove. Then I raise the temp back up for the next layer. On a small build the first layer may complete before the nozzle temp drops to the target temp - and then the second layer is building below temp. Would like to see an option to pause printing until nozzle temp hits the setpoint.

Re: Pause printing until temp setpoint is reached

maybe it makes more sense to bump the fan speed for the first layer when I want to cut the adhesion - no response time/inertia issue with that option.
