Has anyone incorporated the auto level process into the start up? I would assume that there is some g-code available to do that, but I would like to see if any S3D users have already successfully done this.

Yup, you just need to add the auto-leveling commands into the starting script

The default Lulzbot Mini profile from S3D has included the cleaning/probing code in the startup script for some time. So if you go to "Help, Configuration Assistant" and pick the Lulzbot Mini, you'll get a profile that already includes the cleaning/probing script commands.
That script is "generic", meaning it is the same for all materials, but it generally works OK. Aleph Objects (Lulzbot) recommends slightly different cleaning/probing (and PEI removal) temperatures for different materials, so personally I created custom start/end scripts for each material type. If you want a copy of the FFF profile I created, PM me and I'll send it along.

S3D wont allow me to PM you. So when you have a moment and can forward me that script I'd be obliged. Thank you.
