looking for a trick for printing scale models

In a CAD tool I've a model that's about 1.5m across.

So I figured I'd scale it to 15cm - i.e. 10% - in Simplify3D

There are a few "thin wall" type features that, thus scaled, are a good bit less than the extrusion width.

So, as it is, I'm not expecting them to slice.

What are my options?

Certainly I could create a second version of the CAD file with "thin" features thickened so that they will print when scaled to 10%.

But that becomes tedious when it's time to do V2, V3....

Any better tricks?

Get a smaller nozzle so you can lower your extrusion width
