What slicer should I use for printing this object http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1284930,
because it seems that is working only in XYZware software until now.
Can this be true ?

No, it isn't true. However, what is true, is that this object has some extremely thin structures that cannot be printed correctly with a 0.4 nozzle. S3D will simply remove any features that it deems to be unprintable with the current settings.
Other slicers (like XYZware) may choose to just print anyway, but the result will not be a faithful reproduction of the object.
You can try this in S3D: Set nozzle diameter and extrusion width to 0.1 mm, and layer height to 0.08 mm. Then slice. You will see that all the details are now there in the preview, but unless your printer actually matches those settings, you can't actually expect it to print properly.

Well actually it's not a bad feature if a slicer can do that, right ?
I ran into a similar issue with cura, and quite a few models on thingiverse got minimal width structures in there because people don't know how to model for 3d printing.
This should be part of an analysis inside S3D, it should warn about unprintable structures and mark them just like overhangs.
And it would be nice to see a healing option to increase width of the structures until they are printable with the configured nozzle.
