Simplify3D User Forum

So I recently upgraded from ReplicatorG and now for some reason i can not get the same quality print. I have messed with the trouble shooting tips for days and no luck. I am using a flashforge creator pro. an example would be that i used replicatorG to print a werewolf and even the small fingers turned out great but using simplify3D i tried to print a ghost and it ripped her arm off. here are some pictures of what I mean:

Are you using the stock FF Creator Pro profile that is already included in the configuration assistant? That gave me very good results without any further changes.

Also, do you have the separate cooling fan on your Creator Pro? I believe new models include this addition and it makes a big difference when printing small parts.

I have tried the stock one and it gave me a good result for the larger items, but anything with small features I had no luck. yes mine has the small fan but i actually added a really nice one to the front which gave better results when it came to ReplicatorG.
