Simplify3D User Forum

I have gotten this to work before so not sure how this is done. I would like to see my bedplate and arms from within Simplify. Is it the General Options and then Machine tab?

I have my printer loaded in this Printer Model section but dont see it in the preview area.

In addition to having the machine model loaded under Printer Models on the Machine tab, also make sure you have the "Include build table in virtual environment" option checked on the Visualization tab.
