Printing Problem S3D & Flashforge Creator Pro

Have a very strange issue when it comes to printing at the moment.

Currently using S3D on a Flashforge Creator Pro running Windows 10.
Last night set things up to print 4 small parts, placed 1 on bed and duplicated then used center and arrange.
No problem there started the print, all going well till about 85% printed then the extruder stopped moving, no the first time I have had this happen with S3D.
Stopped the print by the printer control panel and decided to give up for the night.

Tonight have tried to print something else and no matter what object I load for printing all it does is start to print the previous nights failed attempt?

Rebooted the PC, Reset the printer, tried all sorts moving items around on print bed layout, rotated and still the same result. Last nights failed print!

I know it is not a problem with the printer as I still have the ReplicatorG software that came with the printer installed and when I use that it works fine!
Can load and print whatever I want, but restart with S3D and it goes back to trying to print the failed print?

This is driving me NUTS!!! Anybody got a clue ..... idea ..... hint ..... tip ...... Yep I'm desperate ...... How to fix this?

Windows 10 has some known bugs with their serial port implementation. They've existed all the way since the Win10 developer preview. There's plenty of topics about it on this forum. So it's likely you're running into that.

A lot of users have been able to just edit some of the culprit settings in Windows to resolve the issue (for example, here's a relevant thread about that: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3348#p15845).

Another option would be to print from the SD card. Whenever I am doing long, over-night prints, I always use the SD card. It will always be more reliable that USB communication.

I don't believe it to be a USB problem as everything works fine with ReplicatorG software,
It is like there is some gcode somewhere that it wants to run each time?
I installed the S3D software on the laptop and everything works fine.
Uninstalled and reinstalled the software on the main PC and when I try to print it goes back to the original failed file again?
No matter what item I choose to print it always starts to print the same item.

Got to be something I am missing

Ok, well if you think it's something in the x3g/gcode, then here's a simple test. Click "Save Toolpaths to Disk" to save the file to your hard drive. Then print that file from the SD card. Does it work correctly? If so, then it can't be anything in the x3g file. If you go into the machine control panel, click Print, and select that same x3g file, it will send the entire file exactly like you saved it. So that would be an easy way to determine if it's something in the file or not.

The plot thickens!
Started the laptop yesterday to do some printing and it did the same as the desktop PC! Started to print the previous object while showing the item I selected on the screen even to the point of the "Use Preview Tracking" showing the item on the screen being printed but the printer doing something entirely different!
Tried the suggestions put forward here and could print without a problem from the SD card and since then it has been working correctly other than stopping at 96% of a print and totally making a mess of it, software had crashed and was not responding to any commands.
Thought okay, will try the desktop PC again. When printing with PLA I have been using 50deg C for the bed temperature and 230 deg C for the extruder but everytime I started to print the readout on the front of the printer was showing 110deg C as the target temperature?
