my object is hollow?

i brought a model of a mermaid and its hollow when i try print, it should i just up the supports?
or is there a way to fill it?

Can you post the factory file? It's kind of hard to give advice when we can't see the model...

factory file is 41mb how can i shrink it?

Are you sure the file is the factory file.....suffix .factory ....and not the shape file.....suffix .stl ?

.stl files tend to be large, but once imported into S3D, the exported factory file is considerably smaller.

The factory file can be created from the Files dropdown menu===>Save factory file as

If the factory file IS that big, use WinZip to reduce the size.

the factory file is 22mb zi[pped grrrr

... Iam verry sorry, but Your factory doesn't work.
After opening the factory the program stops with only the message like shown in the attached picture.
