Re: Looking for advice FlashForge Pro

I've used Autodesk 123D, TinkerCAD, and OnShape quite a bit for 3D modeling. They are all good apps, and it's usually just a matter of personal preference to decide which one you like. If you already know one, just stick with that (since the learning curve it sometimes kind of steep with those).

I also use Simplify3D with my FFCP and it's a very nice match. Much better than the stock software with more options and much faster processing. Also has the bonus of being compatible with all my other printers. Otherwise, you would spend all this time learning the software that came with the FF printer, only to find out that it won't work with any other printer that you buy, unless it's from the same company. You're much better off learning a universal program like S3D.

Thanks for the reply CompoundCarl I agree with you about the software its just that I have only been using 123 for a week now, I didn't want invest to much time learning 123 if its not going to work with SD3.
SD3 is clearly the better option where FFCP is concerned.
