Simplify3D User Forum

so i have been toying with the settings for 2 weeks now and i cant seem to get the print quality i get with ReplicatiorG for small objects. I really like the Simplify3D software for its customization but i just cant get a single successful print. large objects come out fine but when it comes to, lets say a mini with small features it destroys the print. I will post two pictures, one was with the best ive come up with for the Simplify3D print and the single good print was with ReplicatiorG. i have been through your tutorials a lot and they arent proving to be helpful. I print very small parts all the time, so the software's definitely capable of doing it. You showed one print with supports and another without supports, so it's hard to actually compare them.

But you probably just need to adjust your support settings (use a pillar resolution of 1mm since the features are so small) and perhaps adjust your Cooling settings to provide more cooling for the tiny features.

There's actually several threads on this forum from users who are printing parts much smaller than that which look great, so it's just a matter of getting your settings correct.
