when during printing i change the extruder multiplier in the Machine control panel.
from 100% to 94% then after some time the extruder stops (no plastic)
the preset for extrusion multiplier was 130%.

If plastic stops coming out, it's probably not because of the flow rate modifier. It's most likely a jam or something like that.
