simplify3D appears to flip my X-Axis

Hello,
I am having a perplexing issue where it appears that simplify3D is mirroring the X axis of my models. If i look at the same plane in Inventor and simplify3D, the part will look correct in inventor, but mirrored in simplify3D. (it will then print mirrored, which is bad)
I have used this for a while now (enabled me to print about a third faster with the same quality
) and havnt noticed the issue until now. I recently updated the firmware for my printer by accident, so its possible that I made the change on purpose a while ago and now have forgotten how to change it back.
