Another problem arises

Hi,
I am trying to set up an IR Z_probe for auto bed leveling.
It is going through the motions required except it is doing it in the back left corner of the bed and not the coordinates set in Marlin.
I had this working with the Arduino Ramps setup, but after a few problems with them I change to the Geeetech GT2560 board which after a lot of hair pulling have got it working to this stage.
As you probably know better than I, when I press PRINT it is supposed to home the axis then probe for leveling starting in the bed center, it is not doing that, it homes the X and Y in the correct places, but the Z axis homes at the X position instead of the bed center where it should start the probe, it just probes up and down on the spot.
Anyone one with any ideas please.

OK solved part of the problem, it is now probing the outer edges of the bed as I wish, the problem now is that it is not probing the center of the bed, that is because it is still homing at the back right corner of the bed, any way I can make it home to the center, the probe is also the stopend. Thanks.please help not much hair left to pull :D :D
