Does it do the printing part too? Can I manually control the printer directly from simplify, or will I still use Pronterface for that part?

Yes - it would replace pronterface, slic3r, and any other 3D printing programs that you use. It's an "all-in-one" as they say

Does simplify replace Pronterface as well as Slic3r?
