Simplify3D User Forum

Hey all,
I purchased simplify with my da Vinci 1.1 plus and Iv just realised they only support 80% of da Vinci printer models and the 1.1 plus is not on there compatibility list, also I tried to connect to my printer via simplify and I could not connect at all. Any hints or tips please?

I don't think the 1.1+ is supported by the current software. It isn't on their compatibility list on the website. It's possible they will support it in the future, since they support the other da vinci models
