Color (Filament) change, single extruder like Prusa i3

Suggestion for new feature:
Have the ability to do color (filament) change with a single extruder printer like what I can do with my original Prusa i3 from Josef Prusa. There's some videos on youtube of it.

I do this all the time. You just use the "start/stop printing at height" feature on the Advanced tab to create multiple processes. There's actually several stories on the S3D blog from people who did this with great affect (https://www.simplify3d.com/a-cool-print ... ood-cause/)
