Simplify3D User Forum

When I used Mattercontrol on my Robo3d printer, it would blot excess filament off the top by hitting the home position, the front left, before. It also threw the plate forward when it was done. Now, the plate remains where it was when the print completed and the hotend blots right in the center of the bed.

How do I get Simplify3d to imitate that behavior?

Sounds like you just need to edit the ending script in S3D to match what you had in MatterControl. The ending script runs at the end of every print and that will determine what the printer does when the print is finished.

If you open up one of your gcode files from MC, you can probably just copy the commands from the very bottom into S3D
