Bridging Specific Outline Overlap

I'd like an independent "Infill Tab > outline overlap" variable for bridging layers. Elsewhere on the forum it suggests using the "Other tab > Extra Inflation" variable, but it has no effect on the problem I am having.
My bridging layers are not filling all the way to the outline.
