S3d is very powerful, but miss the mirroring parts tool.
could be added?

It's already there. Go to Mesh > Mirror Mesh.

Mirror Mesh is broken for Dual Extrusion Parts even when they are joined together using the Dual Extrusion Wizard.

Mirror Mesh is also broken when importing multiple parts, aligning them to origins and then trying to mirror them. Grouping them does not help. Aligning the multiple parts after Mirror Mesh also doesn't work.
Would be great if this can be fixed, for those of us who are making clothing, shoes, molds, etc.!

I agree. We use our FDM printers for molds and shoes prototyping; however no clothing yet.
If you don't mind me asking what kind of filament are you using for clothing or are you using a different printer technology? If the information is propriety then no worries about not answering the question.
