Wanhao Duplicator 4 - Shifting issues on dual extrusion

Hello, everyone!
I am starting to try out dual extrusion in my machine, and I have noticed that so far, the prints come out with a small but noticeable shift. For example, this cone:
After asking for help in another forum, I was told that the problem could be fixed by setting up the toolhead offset, but that I could only do that using the Sailfish firmware in my 3D printer. I am currently running the stock firmware, and I would like to see if there's an alternative to set up the toolhead offset from Simplify3D, without having to change my printer's firmware.
