Simplify3D User Forum

Hello guys,
This is Felipe. I am having some trouble with Simplify3D and my printer (FlashForge Creator PRO); What is happening? On the sides of my printings, the quality is not good enough. At the picture below, you can see the white one (in which is RIGHT, is in a nice design) and the yellow one (it is the problem. The sides is in a very bad quality). How can I adjust it? The yellow trouble one start to happen few days ago. (it is not only in the yellow color, but in all colors).
Just reminding, the white one is the OK, and the yellow one is the "problem" on the sides.

From my experience, this is usually cooling related. Different brands of plastic can look very different in this regard. Some will need more cooling and lower temperatures than others.

If it doesn't get enough cooling, the sides will become very wavy and inconsistent
